- What data do we collect and for what purposes? How long do we keep it?
TEN CON TEN will collect different data depending on the website features you use, how you interact with us through the website, or when you visit our restaurant:
RESERVATIONS FORM
Data: identification data you provide (first name and surname, telephone number, email address). In certain circumstances, where the reservation policy so indicates, TEN CON TEN may also request details of your bank account or card to make your reservation.
Purpose: to assist you as a customer and manage your preferences and reservations, as well as to send marketing communications.
Lawful basis: performance of a contract or pre-contract to which you are party (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) in respect of managing your reservations. Legitimate interest regarding suggesting other Grupo Paraguas restaurants if the reservation you seek is not possible or to remember your details for possible future reservations at Grupo Paraguas restaurants (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and consent for sending marketing communications from Grupo Paraguas restaurants (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Recipients: the other restaurants within GRUPO PARAGUAS to manage future reservations at any of them, or, if you have expressly agreed, for sending marketing communications from those restaurants.
Retention: the time strictly necessary to fulfil each of the stated purposes and, where applicable, the limitation periods for contractual or pre-contractual liability. To facilitate your future reservations or for sending marketing communications, we will retain your data until you tell us otherwise.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Data: the information you provide when you contact us using our contact details.
Purpose: to manage the enquiry for which you contact us.
Lawful basis: data subject’s consent. Art. 6.1.a) GDPR.
Recipients: other companies within GRUPO PARAGUAS where your enquiry needs to be forwarded for better assistance.
Conservation: data will not be kept once the enquiry has been resolved.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Data: images captured by the video surveillance systems.
Purpose: to ensure the safety of people, property and premises.
Lawful basis: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) consisting of ensuring the security of TEN CON TEN’s people, property and facilities.
Recipients: none, unless made available to the competent authority where the images evidence acts against the integrity of people, property or premises.
Retention: 30 days
WEB BROWSING
Data: each time you access TEN CON TEN’s website, we automatically collect and process information about how you access and use the website, in particular the following personal data:

TEN CON TEN will not disclose the data you provide unless you authorise it, TEN CON TEN has a legitimate interest, there is a legal obligation, or there is an express court order or request from law-enforcement authorities.
You should also know that, in order to conduct its activity, TEN CON TEN may engage third parties (natural or legal persons) to provide a service on our behalf, to provide services related to ours, or to help us analyse how our service is used, which may involve processing your personal data.
These third parties will have access to your personal data solely to perform these tasks on our behalf under the corresponding data processing agreements, where we instruct them how to process and protect your data, and they are obliged not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We are not responsible for any unauthorised loss, misplacement or manipulation of data beyond our control that could not have been foreseen or is due to malicious attacks by third parties.
